Individual Therapy (children, teens, and adults)

It can be short term or long term. Short term individual therapy is used to address and work on a particular problem that is solution focused and lasts for a shorter period of time. Long term therapy is used in exploration and understanding how difficult emotions, thoughts, and past and present behaviors affect the way you interact with people. Long term therapy can also provide you with deeper insights into your life patterns.
